ARTICLES & STORIES
Contributions to any of the sections can be of any length.
Please include photos and/or video with articles and stories wherever possible.
Contributions will be moderated (for suitability and appropriate language etcetera).
Articles will be, where necessary, edited for grammatical and spelling errors.
Contributions can be sent in any recognised format eg. MS Word, plain text etc (if submitting by the ‘Post a Story’ button, simply copy from your word processing software and paste into the section provided).

PHOTOGRAPHS & VIDEOS
Photos should preferably be in JPG  format.

ASSISTANCE WITH WRITING
Should you need help with the writing of an article we are more than happy to assist. Simply contact us by any of the means outlined above and we will discuss your requirements with you. Even if you have no more than the very basics of the story we can help you develop it to a complete article. We are also in a position to transcribe your story if you record it onto analogue or digital media (cassette tape or digital voice recorder for example) and forward it to us.
